  4. Shipping: All orders are shipped FOB our warehouse. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Shipping dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
  5. Returns: All sales are final. No returns will be accepted unless due to a shipping error or product defect.
  6. Liability: Gionny L – Freshly Made Liquors is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products.
